Why are health data faces not displaying on Apple Watch Series 10 after upgrading from Series 8?

I’ve loved my Apple Watch Series 8 for almost 2 years. I recently upgraded to series 10 and now have an issue that I’m hoping someone can assist with. All of my faces with health data (steps heart rate, etc…) are now not displaying the data. The same faces displayed fine on my series 8. I’m sure it’s a minor check or setting within the Watch app but I’ve not been able to find which one.

Thanks in advance to anyone with suggestions! :-)

Hello @Hock3880, My suggestion would be to do a "force restart". To do a force restart, do this- Hold down the Crown and side button for 10-15 seconds until you see the apple logo. This will restart and re-calibrate the system and should fix your problem (Your data will not be lost with a Force restart).

Let me know if this does not work and I will look into this problem further.

Hope this helps!
