I HAVE an internal barracuda seagate 8 TB_ mounted on a docking station
it will not mount on my macbookair M2
initially i formated the drive extended journaled
i backed up several big folders 4TB total
and now no show
it will NOT SHOW UP on my macbookair M2

If you remove the other three stations, and only have this one connected, can your Mac "see" it now?
What it the make & model of the docking station that you have this drive connected to? If you are using an internal drive, does this docking station provide the proper interface for the drive?

I have 4 DIFFERENT DStations
all work fine with my 4 TB drives 18 of them
but this one wont show on the finder
now i am using DriveDx app to see whats the problem
and i can here the drive working but it shows nothing on finder
at moment the app is running a full self test but its stuck in 10%
so something is blocking the drive to show up
i have 2.3 TB data backup on it
two voyager s3 usb3
wavlink usb-c
wavlink usb3
4 docking stations
