How do I manually block a number on iPhone SE?

• Dial the number. Place the call. You may cancel the call as soon as you place it.
• Find the number in “Recents” in the Phone app.
• Tap the circled “I” on the right.
• Scroll down and choose “Block Caller”.

Go to Settings > Apps > Phone > Scroll down to Blocked Contacts > Scroll down to Add New and select the contact you want to block. You can just add the number as a contact, block it, then delete the contact after.
