I just sent a request for Robux and my parents approved it but it never went through so what should I do? Should I send it again? (I already tried to but it won’t work) Should I try more money?

If you have Apple Family Sharing make sure your parents turn on Purchase Sharing or make sure the card has enough money to buy the robux or they need to update their payment method so the transaction can go through

Apparently Roku didn’t approve the request. Ask them or your parents why it didn’t.
