Auto updates of apps in a child account is broken - how can I submit a bug report that really gets analyzed by Apple?

Hello

The Auto update on the iPhone of my son (connected as a child account) is not working:

- it shows more than 100 available updates, so they don’t update in the background (although the System Settings is accordingly set);

- when he chooses, in the AppStore, to update all apps, each update is asking him for his password.

The Ask to Buy is disabled in the Parental Controls.

It is about an iPhone 14, with iOS 18.x. I am aware that other iPhone users had the same issue, but found no solution and would like to have it analyzed properly by Apple.

Please advise.

Thank you

iPhone 14 Plus
