On my phone when I go to settings and attempt to tap my apple account it does nothing it’s grey so I think it’s disabled it because my parents made it. I don’t know the email address, so therefore don’t know what to do. Help please!

Can you go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Account Changes, and switch it to Allow?
Are you on a family plan? If so the Organizer can use Screen Time restrictions to prevent you from tapping on your Apple Account and it will be greyed out.
I’m not sure exactly my phone has many restrictions. How can I find out if it’s on a family plan?
