Why am I not receiving email notifications on my Apple account for months?

Getting eMail Notifications:

Confirm this is toggled on...

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Notifications
3. Tap: Mail
4. Toggle On: Allow Notifications

“I’m not sure if you are aware of the issue but ever since Apple came out with iOS 18 in September, alot of people started having issues with their devices. One being no email notifications (Badges and / or Sounds). The issue is plastered all over the Apple forums with no one INCLUDING APPLE having a fix. It’s a bug that came out in the update. All of the settings on the devices are set correctly. It’s infuriating. Time to switch to an Android.”

Report this to Apple:

If Apple has no fix and has been going in for months, then the question is: "Just how many people have actually reported this to Apple?"

So, do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of you occurrences, if you don't report it to them.

1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread.
4. Proceed from there as necessary

“Are you kidding? Millions of people have been calling Apple including myself numerous times. Half of the reps never heard of the issue 🥴and others claim that Apple is aware of it and working on a fix. Just google the topic and you’ll see a ton of discussions on it.”

I kid you not. These are just user-to-user forums. Apple barely reads these forums as it is on their part. They have no interest in opening a link found throughout the Web. So, as a user, you have had firsthand experience with this.
