Forgot the answer of Apple ID security questions

Hi everyone,

I'm an forgoten Apple user long time ago, my mini Ipad was stealed and I had to disable that Apple ID since 12 years ago, and I haven't used any Apple device since then.

Now I want to use back that email for my new Iphone, cuz' it's my main email, for a unique infor,

But after all those years, I can not remember the answer of security question. I tried a lot of idea that I can think of, but still can't match any, and the system said that they don't have enough infor to check for my valid too.

I still can log-in icloud, but I'm afraid if I log-in new Iphone with an error account, it may causes corrupt issue when needed, and if I change to another account, it will lost everything.

I desperate to get back a fully account now, how I can prove my ownership?

All you can do is contact Apple directly:

Contact Apple Support - Apple Support

Security questions are no longer used and have been replaced with two factor authentication where your identity can be proved by registering a Trusted Device/Trusted Phone number to prove ownership. It has been over 5 years where an Apple Account could even be created using Security Question. This puts you in control of proving your own identity instead of relying on a company where mistakes could be made that would put your account in jeopardy if you forget your password.

Frankly there is no information that can be provided when not able to answer your own security questions that can 100% be used to verify your identity.
