How can I regain access to a disabled iPhone without iCloud password?

There is no way to bypass the activation lock. You will have to recover access to your iCloud account or provide Apple with the original proof of purchase for the device from an authorized retailer or direct from Apple.

Recovering your Credentials:

By "my icloud", I assume you are referring to your Apple Account. The tis the eMail address you use for all of Apple. So, use the eMail address and password you used to log into these forums with, if the same account.
