My iphone 11xr screen was cracked to where all I could see was a red and green line. So I ordered another screen kit from Amazon and fixed it but now the face I.D. does not work?
I ordered another kit for my 11xr IPhone from Amazon and followed a tutorial on You Tube. It was a success but now my face recognition I.d. or FaceTime is not working, what should I do?

Amazon does not sell genuine Apple replacement parts, so the 3rd party knock off is not going to perform the same as a genuine Apple screen.
Unfortunately, not really anything that you can do about this, since Apple will not even look at the phone now.
Sorry, you will have to live with it.
You purchased a non-Apple replacement screen that doesn't have a True Depth camera and regular camera in it. And Apple won't touch it now that it has been tampered with by a third party (you).
