I have tried to download Apps from app store BT the device take me to Itunes store to complete my transaction.... Sometimes it tells me to review to sign in, then review my account information.

As far as I remember, there aren't hardly any app left in the AppStore, which support iOS 12.
Redownloading purchased app might still work:

I still find it hard to settle this issue, it keeps showing me this...
This Apple Account has not yet been used in the iTunes Store.
