iPhone 16 Pro - lots of apps unusable

So I just got my new iPhone 16 Pro about 2 weeks ago, and I love it.

Except I’ve found several apps that freeze up entirely or don’t work AT ALL (error messages pop-up when attempted), etc.

my kids have iPhone 14s, and I upgraded from an iPhone 14 Pro Max. None of these phones had this issue, so it’s something with this phone. These same apps work on my kid’s phones still.

I’ve tried signing out and signing back in, deleting the app and redownloading it, etc. and nothing seems to work.

please help??

Message (apple’s own app) freezes up, I force quit it & re-open multiple times to get it to work. Using speak-to-text does not work.

Siri is not working at all. It does not obey anything close the instruction given.

YouVersion glitches often by freezing up, I force quit the app, re-open multiple times to get it to work.

Audible and Spotify will not play at all.

And my local library app called Hoopla isn’t working or playing any audio books, or allowing me to open my ebooks to read them either.
