Unable to disable voiceover and watch is locked

I bought a new phone and then wanted to pair my apple watch 5 to the new phone. However when i wanted to connect to the wifi to do so, the keyboard on watch was not appearing, hence as mentioned in help section to enable keyboard I switched on voiceover. Now phone is locked and I am unable to unlock it as the voiceover is only repeating the input i am typing in the watch :-( pls help

Is the watch already paired? If yes, did you try to disable Voice Over in the Watch App/Accessibility/ on your iPhone?

In case it is loose because of too may passcode attempts, you will have to erase the watch and set it up again.
