How to get a refund for a defective iPhone adapter?

Hello, yesterday I bought an adapter for my iPhone in Technodom Shymkent/Kazakhstan, but it turned out that it was a defect and did not work at all, I want to return the money but they refused the return, what should I do? I have no money or charger, **** it

It appears that Technodom is an official Apple Reseller, but I couldn't verify the one in Shymkent is.


Regardless, in most countries, Apple provides a 14-day return policy for either a full refund or a replacement. As such, you will need to discuss this with this store's management on why they are not providing you a refund.


We are not Apple employees here. As such, there is nothing we can do to assist you with this refund.
