Returning an accessory that is not Apple
I bought the Hi Rise 2 Deluxe and the pad is not charging. I tried to get a refund through apple, where I bought it from, but it said it isn't eligible for return. Not sure if this is able to be refunded?
You have 14 days to return any item bought at an Apple Store. If that timeframe has passed, you can try reaching out to the manufacturer to see if they can offer a warranty replacement.
