Unauthorized Pixelcut subscription charge and denied refund request
The Pixelcut app charged 17,990 KZT from my account for an annual subscription without any notification or my permission. Upon discovering this, I immediately requested a refund, providing all the necessary details, but my request was denied without any explanation. I submitted a second refund request, only to be rejected again.
I am a minor residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and this subscription was purchased without my knowledge. I also attempted to contact Pixelcut support directly, but they only directed me to Apple Support without providing any real assistance.
I kindly ask you to review my case and issue a refund, as the payment was made without my consent. I hope for your understanding and a fair resolution.
