MacBook Pro Won’t Turn Off

My MacBook Pro won’t turn off. It appears as though it is working and the screen comes on but nothing is responding. I cannot shut it down to restart it. Force shutdown is not working either. I hold the power button or command + power and nothing happens until screen eventually goes dark but it doesn’t power off because as soon as I hit any other key the screen comes back on and it does the same thing.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.3

remove the charger if plugged in and then hold the power button for 10sec .

If doesn't work then try to power off the device form settings menu .

make sure to clear the cached files if any .

And also check if the device is update to latest OS or not .

If none of them are helping to power off the device then you need to Erase the disk and Re-install the MacOS ince again.
