Request for Exchange – iPad Air M2 to iPad Air M3

Hello Apple Support,

I purchased an iPad Air 11-inch M2 on February 12, 2025 from the Apple Store (mention if online or in-store). I recently saw that Apple announced the iPad Air M3, and I missed the 14-day return period by a few days.

I wanted to check if thereâ€™s any exception policy that allows me to exchange my iPad Air M2 for the new M3 model.

There has been nothing announced about an exception to the standard return policy. The only time I have seen an exception to the return policy is over the holidays, and have not seen one for a new product announcement.
