Update firmware A1619 lightning to USB camera adapter

I'm unable to update to the latest firmware 1.0.5.

I tried several times to update including restarting my iPhone, and hooking up the adapter to external power ( for a whole night). Still the firmware is 1.0.1.

Everytime I connect the adapter to my iPhone, it keep asking to update (very annoying).

If anyone has a tip how the solve this, please let me know.
