Is there anything I can do to stop my AirPods from hurting my ears? I have small ears and the square cut outs on the case cut my ears. I love the noise cancellation on these but can only wear them sparingly. I had the prior Air pod Pros and was hoping for newer design! I see I’m not alone.

Tight AirPods:
Trim your ears. If you have hair in your ears, then it would give it more of a grasp. Pharmacies sell such trimmers.
