How do I stop notifications during Sleep Focus mode on iPhone?

My sleep mode is turned on on my phone, but yet notifications are still coming through. I’ve checked my settings and all of my settings. Say that nothing should be coming through to my watch or to my lock screen, which they are! What is going on and how do I fix it because I’m getting really annoyed.

Focus sleep mode notifications? Hi everyone, I have notifications set to go to Lock Screen on the focus sleep mode. On my iPad, they appear on the Lock Screen. On my iPhone, they appear after pressing the ‘Sleep, 5 notifications’. They’re definitely not in the Notification Centre. is this normal? I haven’t used an iPhone for many years. I do have the Apple Watch and remember unlocking that during the night to read any notifications. Cheers!

Sleep focus allowing app notifications in iOS 18.0.1 Most annoying when getting a ping on my watch in bed while sleeping, from news, stand up and weather (rain will start in 10 minutes etc). It usually happens about an hour or two before my sleep focus alarm is set. I have checked my settings in sleep focus and have only allowed “Home” notifications to come through for security reasons. I have made the changes on my iPhone and made sure “share across devices” is toggled on. In the sleep focus mode selecting the app section I can see my Home is shown in “Allow notifications from” which is okay. But if I look in the “Silence notifications from “ it also appears in there which does not seem logical to me unless I’m missing something! If I add “weather” and “news” to the “silence notifications” they also appear in “Allow notifications from”. (I have turned off altogether the “Stand” notification message). I would appreciate help in why I am doing wrong to silence the other notifications.

Message notifications Message notifications are inaudible when iphone is in sleep mode. I have an Apple Watch but I get no notifications on it either.

On my iPhone in Settings/Focus/Sleep Focus/Allow Notifications, no Apps are allowed, only notifications/calls from certain people.
