Unable to remove or replace credit card on Apple Pay due to overdue payment for Apple Music

I have a credit card on my Apple Pay which was hacked and was sent a replacement card but now cannot remove/ replace card as there is a payment to Apple overdue for Apple Music whilst old card was stopped

Add the new valid payment method and then the old payment method can be removed.
