How do I activate my 3 months Apple Music free trial?

I have a question about free 3 month trial on apple music, when I wanted to activate the free trial there were options for my payment and I clicked „blik” because it was there and it was the easiest one for me, It said I have to type 5 or more pln to activate the trial so i typed 5pln and confirmed it but I never got the trial nor I got my money back.
