Are you using a VPN? If so, uninstall the VPN and delete the profile.


To delete a VPN profile on an iPhone:

Go to Settings

Select General

Select VPN & Device Management

Select the VPN profile you want to delete

Tap Remove Profile

Follow the onscreen instructions

Restart your device
