How do I install Zoom and other applications on a new MacBook Air M3?

“I didn't install the app yet ,but when I need am visiting App Store to install any app ,then they are asking for review where in am giving in all the details like name ,address ,phone number everything but its saying error .”

Disable a VPN:

Are you using a VPN? If so, turn it off. VPS can conflict with connecting, getting in the way.

Proceeding with an App Set Up:

If you are getting a prompt for a review, but you can’t move past it, then try removing the apps. Then, get the apps in the App Store, or directly from the Developer, seeing if the all goes away.

“Hi , no vpn is not connected .I purchased the laptop yesterday evening so its not connected .I will be travelling for two days , can we connect on Wednesday to resolve the issue please over google meet or something ?“

What’s “Not Connected” to what?

If it’s not connected to the Internet, then you’d need to do so, to download the app installers. Or, you can transfer it to your account through iCloud Drive. Another option is to use a USB Flash Drive connecting it to the old Mac, and then connecting it tot he new Mac. You might need this adapter, if all you have are USB-C ports on your Mac, yet the USB flash drive is USB-A: USB-C to USB Adapter - Apple

Zoom isn't on the Mac app store. What are you trying to install and where are you trying to install it from?
