iPhone 16pro max camera freezes issue and automatically recording stops.

Hi, I bought a new iPhone 16pro max last November and with in a month it starts giving issue with the main camera app. I was recording a video when all of a sudden the camera freeze and after 4-5 seconds recording stoped automatically as it gives a alert sound just like when you click on stop button on screen to stop recording. I found it strange and I again started recording but when I click on the start it will sometime stopped immediately & sometime around 2-4 seconds and stopped recording on its own. It happened 5-6 times in a row. I was shocked to see this since it was a brand new iPhone, an Apple product. Luckily I made a video with my wife's iPhone and started seeking help through apple support. The guy did all necessary troubleshooting, took remote access for diagnostic data and in the end when I shared the video of the issue which I made from my wife's iPhone, he agreed that I have a genuine issue because in diagnostic data report there was no issue with the device. Now you can see diagnostic data couldn't identify the issue related to camera app in my iPhone(Useless). He asked me then to visit the apple service centre. I went to the authorized apple service centre and referred the case id and the issue I was facing. They suggested me to factory reset and update the iPhone through their device or software something. I was no other option and it was very disappointing and painful as I had to take the back up then they did their resetting process and asked me to set up and restore backup. It took me 2-3 hours setting up completely the iPhone and I checked camera and found no issue at that time. But after few days it started doing the same **** again and I found that it is not related to the software, it might be the issue with the hardware as selfie camera did not do the same only the back camera. I contacted again and the guy asked me to submit the iPhone and they'll send it to a location where technician will check the device and if there is any manufacture defect I'll get the replacement. But it will take 5-6 days. How can I live without iPhone I mean lots of work are depends on mobile nowdays. Also if they'll examine my iPhone which is under warranty, definitely they'll open the iPhone?it might damage or broke the seal which prevent the water getting inside right? if they don't find any issue and hands over the device to me will it not prone to water?why should I take it back? I am really concerned what to do. I have never experienced this kind of issue with Apple. What should I do now?please help me guys as I don't know what should I do.
