How you disable the pop-up blocker will depend on what web browser you are using to access this bank.

To disable pop-up blockers on your Mac and allow the PDF download from your HSA bank, follow these steps depending on your browser:

For Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari in the top menu and select Settings (or Preferences in older macOS versions).
  3. Go to the Websites tab.
  4. In the left sidebar, select Pop-up Windows.
  5. Find your HSA bank website in the list.
  6. Change the setting to Allow.
  7. If the site isn't listed, change the When visiting other websites setting to Allow (you can change it back after downloading the PDF).
  8. Close the settings window and try downloading the PDF again.

For Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  3. Go to Privacy and security > Site settings.
  4. Scroll down to Pop-ups and redirects. Either: Turn on Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects. Or, under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, click Add and enter your HSA bank's website.
  5. Try downloading the PDF again.

For Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the menu button (☰) in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  3. Go to the Privacy & Security tab.
  4. Scroll down to the Permissions section.
  5. Find Block pop-up windows and click Exceptions.
  6. Enter your HSA bank's website and click Allow.
  7. Click Save Changes and try downloading the PDF.
