I dropped my iPhone 15 plus and got screen replacement at a local repair shop, after coming home the screen turned black but I can still hear notifications and feel vibrations from the screen, I took it back to the shop and got a further new screen which worked for a few days and now the same issue has occurred. Any advice?

Take it back again and have them fix it.
Unfortunately Apple will not work on it now that a third party repair shop worked on it.
Well the problem is you took it to a third party repair shop. You voided the warranty in doing so and Apple most likely won't fix it now.
You could try taking it to Apple and see what they say but don't be disappointed if they refuse service.

The person that fixed my phone said if it stops working again then there's nothing else he can do and I should go to apple haha, I only bought this phone just under a year ago and I'm still paying it monthly
