sending serial emails with automator

Hello everyone,

I'm new in using Automator and I need help with the following thing:

I want to send from time to time personalized emails to a group from my contacts using Automator.

I came a few steps far but in the end its not working.

What I did: Open Automator -> chose workflow -> query specified mail objects (and chose a prepared email from Mail) -> query specified objects from contacts (and chose a prepared group of my contacts) -> send emails to a group.

If I run this workflow, there is always the mistake "there is no Email to be send".

How can I get this workflow to success?
