How can I disable Sleep mode notifications on Apple Watch Series 10?

Hello. I have sleep mode active on my Aw series 10 but if during the night I get a message/whatsapp/etc... the acoustic alert arrives anyway and obviously wakes me up. I can't find a way to disable the sounds when it's in sleep mode. Can anyone help me? Thanks

Set up Focus.

On my iPhone in Settings/Focus/Sleep Focus/Allow Notifications, no Apps are allowed, only notifications/calls from certain people.

The Sleep Focus is mirrored from the iPhone, so no notifications from other people or apps than those allowed.
