MacBook not turning on

I have a MacBook 2017 with a Touch Bar. It died last night and I charged it this morning, when I tried to turn it on the screen is fully black but the touch bar and keyboard are on. I have tried command + option + p+ r and it’s not working

if caps lock lights and un-lights appropriately, it may be alive but have a display problem.

Every MacBook Pro can support at least one external display and/or a TV set. All you have to do is connect a cable. Your specific model appears to support up to two external displays.

2017 with Touch Bar have Four Thunderbolt ports. An adapter to HDMI should light up your TV set. An adapter to DisplayPort should light up an external monitor.
