Camera app missing in Settings app on iPhone

When I go to the C category, no “Camera” app is to be found. My screentime is not turned on; as I saw in previous discussions.

Camera is not under Apps, it is in the main settings.

How to find missing Camera app in iOS 26? I have the newest ios 26 and my camera control button, doesn’t work, because i can not choose the camera app in the settings. I can only choose instagram, snapchat, magnifier and code scanner. Restarting my phone didn’t help, turning it on and off didn’t work. Any help?
