Green dot in photos and lens glare issue

That a photography issue, not a Photos issue. The only way to avoid flare (I use the word 'flare' rather than glare) is to change the angle of the camera or point it in a different direction. You'll get it when making photos in sunny weather, especially if the sun itself is in the picture.

That's pretty cool-- you can see that it's an exact reflection across the picture! As lescornwell suggested, it's caused by internal reflections in the lens. It happens all the time, but it's most visible when there is such a bright light that the countermeasures (special lens coatings) are overwhelmed. It's green because those lens coatings work best in red and blue.
