Issue with Jabra Perform 45 – Audio Routing on iPhone (iOS 18.3.1 & 18.3.2)
Dear Apple Support,
I am experiencing an issue with audio routing when using the Jabra Perform 45 headset with my iPhone. When the Jabra headset is connected via Bluetooth, incoming call audio is routed to the iPhone speaker instead of the headset. However, for outgoing calls, the audio is correctly routed to the Jabra Perform 45 automatically.
I have checked the Call Audio Routing settings on my iPhone (Settings → Search “Audio” → Call Audio Routing) and confirmed that the correct device should be selected automatically. Despite this, the system does not detect the Jabra headset properly for incoming calls, requiring manual selection each time.
I have discussed this issue with Jabra Support, and they have confirmed that the problem exists but is likely related to iOS. This behavior started occurring in iOS 18.3.1 and 18.3.2.
Could you please investigate this issue and provide any possible fixes or workarounds?
