So... My Apple Pencil (USB c) was charged a few days ago and haven't used it since and today when 1 went to use it it was dead please help I don't know it its normal or not.

The USB-C Apple Pencil is relatively new. The Lithium battery should last a number of years, but like any lithium battery is needs to be recharged periodically. If left uncharged for extended periods of time (think months), it will lose its ability to be charged.
Without knowing anything about the circumstances around the Pencil, it would be know whether or not, this may be the reason why it discharged so quickly.
