Trying to synch Calendars between my Applie ID account and my wife's. My iPhone 15 and MacBook Pro communicate and update fine. But my wife's iPhone won't interface. On ICloud Family now, but still can't link up.

If she has a different Apple Account (Apple ID) - which is highly recommended - you'll need to share the calendar(s): Share iCloud calendars on iPhone - Apple Support.
