iphone 16 Pro Max - Dual Sim Reception Issues

iPhone is only a few months old. I have Telstra and Optus sims, the two biggest carriers in Australia. I spend more time being unable to access internet than most other people. On the train and I struggle for reception yet others are surfing the internet, watching movies etc. here I am with two services on the one phone and I cut in and out of service. I am over it. All of my settings are fine, and hints at what is wrong?

Intermittent mobile reception problem on my iPad The iPad has a Telstra SIM card and it is now intermittently not receiving internet, for a few minutes it would get a great download speed and then get nothing at all. About 90% of the time it gets nothing. All this happens independently of place in Sydney. When a different working sim from an iPhone is put in, the same problem exactly occurs. The iPad has been turned off and on, the network settings have been reset. Genius Bar could not help spot anything hardware related, nor guess what it could be, and owner (my wife) told they don’t repair this model. We have swapped the sims and the phone works perfectly, the iPad still exhibiting same problem. Oh, and both are quite up to date with latest operating OS. And both work perfectly on wifi. Dual sim ( nano sim + e sim ) Hi, I’m facing issue with the dual sim on my iphone 14 pro max, i have seen other users reporting same for iphone 13 pro and above. I use the nano sim and esim on my mobile, both work good when there is no call made, but when I make a call through any of my sim, the other sim’s network goes off to No service. Its vice versa for both. And from one of the user I got to know it is fixed when wifi calling is turned on the issue doesn’t work occur. I tried this but it works only for one sim which has wifi calling option turned on, the other sim still face same issue when i make a call on my secondary sim which has no wifi calling option set as the primary sim uses that option, the issue persist, primary sim goes off with no service. I believe this is not a carrier or network provider issue since there are many other user reported same for different networks and sim. Please can you help here? Thanks, Haripriya V

Cellular Service / Mobile Service shows unavailable for iphone 16 pro Need help. I bought my iphone 16 pro from canada; which has one physical SIM and another eSIM option available and with no restriction or no network plan. I setup up the phone myself and started using both physical SIM (of one operator) and eSIM (of another operator). I have used around 9 days like this with no trouble. One fine morning, the eSIM disappeared from settings and stopped working. I restarted the device and I immediately checked with my cellular service provider and replaced QR code for eSIM. Then I reset the network and even reset all settings with data. Then i setup again restoring data from icloud. But unfortunately, the Mobile Service / Cellular Service shows unavailable. Hence, I could not add eSIM using QR code. I need suggestions from the community to resolve this. hats off to the experts ! Regards. TT [Edited by Moderator]
