Getting "vpnmanager.icu" message on iPhone SE

Got this message on iPhone SE1

3 Viruses have been detected on your iPhone and battery has been infected and damaged.

Step 1. Tap the button below & install the recommended virus protection tool for free from the App Store.

I didn't do that but did do an update which was showing on the settings icon.

Do I need to do any more about the above message?

It is an ad that was delivered to you by a website.

It is a scam designed to scare you into buying useless software.

Ignore it and all the others you will be sent.
