I have set action button to flashlight, most of the times when phone is locked I need to press action button two times before it turns flashlight on. It works properly when unlocked. Updates and restarts didn’t change anything.

The iPhone 16 Plus's action button doesn't require two presses. So where I can find that setting to change if I need to press once or twice? I see only option to set what function I want it to do.
Also, then why it sometimes works by the first press, and sometimes by second?
