How to change my contact profile picture.
I changed my profile picture on FaceTime, contacts, AppleID, Phone, etc... but on my friends' phones it still shows the old one.

Your personal profile picture can be changed in Settings > your card, then tapping your profile picture.
For it to change on your friends' devices, they will need to update it themselves. You can enable Automatic Sharing by going to Settings > Apps > Messages > Share Name and Photo, then setting it to Contacts Only or Always Ask. However, your friends can still reject the change if they want to.
