I would like to associate my Apple TV3rd generation product into my apple account but unfortunately the product will not connect it says connection failed. Is there a solution for that?

If it is the 3rd gen Apple TV then it requires a workaround for 2 factor authentication (need to enter password, manually request code and add to password). That model is also classified as obsolete and most providers have dropped support for their server based channels.
