My iphone apple health profile has all my medications and history information that I don’t want to loose. Why can’t I see or transfer it easily in ipad apple health app? Very frustrating. I am spending too much time at this!

I would check two things. First, see if you are signed into the same Apple Account on both devices. Then, see if Health data is saved to iCloud by going to Settings > your card > iCloud > Saved to iCloud > Health, then toggling on Sync this iPhone/iPad.
