My emails are constantly getting changed to the password. I keep getting notifications that the password is changed. iCloud password is changed randomly throughout every day. I would like it to stop. I need to know what to do please to prevent people from hacking into my phone. there’s like 20 devices on it.

If two-factor authentication is not already enabled, go turn that on Right Now, and also change your password Right Now.

Securing your Account:
Having such suspicious activity, someone may have your credentials.
A. Use Two-Factor Authentication:
Enable Two-Factor Authentication for your Apple Account and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option.
B. Re-Associate All Devices:
Disassociate all devices from your Apple Account, first. Sign out of iCloud on all of your devices. Go here to check the devices associated to your account: Check your Apple ID Device list to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support. Then, log in to your Apple iCloud Account on each device.
C. Consider Modifying your Credentials:
By all means, consider modifying your credentials, starting with a new password.
