You won't be able to fix this issue yourself.
There is a hardware problem with the phone. Might be the battery or another board. It is not possible to guess correctly which component might need replacing though without further diagnosis.
Make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop.
