How do I find a 3-hour Zoom recording saved on Mac without a unique name?

I recorded a meeting that took 3 hours and I saved it in the computer. I went with the computer saving. I didn’t give it my unique name. It isn’t anywhere on the computer. I have looked everywhere. What can I do?

How to retrieve lost screen recordings in my MacBook Pro I screen recorded using cmd/shift/5 keys. I completed and stopped the recording. I clicked on the recording icon and got the option to click "done" or the icon to share the recording. I mistakenly clicked the share icon (box with arrow out the top). It opened my messages app to send but the recording wasn't there in the message and then the option to click "done" and save the recording to my desktop was no longer available. Lost Screen Recording I did a one hour screen recording, and when it ended I went to email the recording and it disappeared. I have looked on my desktop, applications, time machine, and can't find it. I have looked at my system settings and my storage is significantly less than before I did the recording so I know it is still on my MacBook Pro somewhere How do I locate it? thank you

You can download the free version of FindAnyFile and if you know any part of the file's name you can locate it. If it isn't located by FAF then it was not saved.
