Mouse not responding after cooffee spill, on reboot screen

My son spilled coffee yesterday on my MacPro. The pc was shut and it spilled on the lid during sleep mode. When I opened it the screen came on and the pc started running so I turned it off with the touchID button to keep it safe.

now today I tried turning it on and this reboot screen comes up giving 2 options to restart mac disc or reset. The mouse cursor is stuck on the upper left corner and won’t respond to touch pad. I tried connecting my Magic Mouse but also this is not working. Can someone please advise on how to fix this problem and restart the device.
