Hello Fredymac,
You only need to add the Gmail account on each device. (When you add an email account on a device, it is not automatically added on the other devices.)
On the iPhone and iPad, go to Settings > Apps > Mail > Accounts to add the account. On the Mac, go to System Settings > Internet Accounts.
