As long as the cable will transmit data, it can't harm the battery in your phone. If you're concerned, however, buy a MFi (Made for iPhone) cable, which you can buy from Apple, BestBuy, or multiple sources on Amazon.com.

MFI means the cable has been certified by the developer to meet Apple performance standards. If the Xiaomi cable is not MFI certified that doesn’t mean it won’t work on or will damage your iPhone,. It does mean it has not been certified to work properly with Apple products and you are on your own if it doesn’t.
No.
Okay, you seem unconvinced about the info provided. If that’s the case stop using the Xiaomi cable and buy a MFi cable and have peace of mind.

By that work properly you are also implying to the probability of it damaging my iPhone or just charging/data transfer reliance issues?
Since nothing we've said seems to have given you the assurance you seek, I won't continue to comment as it's a waste of my time, except to tell you to stop using the cable if it worries you. Go buy a cable Manufactured for iPhone.
I can regularly do this or it just doesn't affect it from one time only? Because there are a lot of rumors for MFI cables/chargers...
GMTA!

It is transmitting data but I also think in the same time is getting a little power from the computer :D thanks eitherway

Not working properly ≠ damaging your iPhone.
