Can you share a note with some one so they can see it and any time you make changes they can see it. But I do not want them to be able to edit note just see my edits .

Unfortunately, the Notes app on an iPhone doesn’t currently offer a "view-only" sharing option. When you share a note with someone, they are given editing privileges by default.

So go to the Shared Note, tap the yellow contact picture with a checkmark at the top of the Note, tap “Manage Shared Note” then tap “Share Options.”
