Can’t connect to App Store when I try to download apps

I can’t connect to App Store when I try to download any app from the store ,it tells me to contact iTunes for support and when I go there I put the needed information but no help from there. I tried each and every step it seldomly down I put all the detailed information as needed but it still sends me to ITunes and the phone refused to work the software is on date
